    Liberty’s Dental plan is administered by Aetna Dental
    Access and has over 72,000 providers across the country.
    With your Aetna Dental Access card, you will save an average
    of 30% and up to 50% on everything from general dentistry
    and cleanings to root canals, crowns and braces.  The vision
    plan includes eye doctors in your area to nationally recognized
    providers you know and trust such as Pearle Vision, Lenscrafters,
    Sears Optical and others. You’ll save on eye exams – then 35-50%
    off frames and lenses. This savings is good for any style, any pair
    of glasses or lenses that you choose for any family member in your
    plan. It is good for as many lenses or glasses as you need each year!

    Four components make up Team Liberty’s Guardian Program. 
    Due to its popularity with small businesses, it has been termed
    the Small Business Employee Plan.  However, it is also open to
    individuals.  This plan provides you with Prescription Coverage,
    Dental, Vision, and Accident Coverage.  The first three are
    described above.  The Accident Coverage works as follows: For
    any accident that causes you to head to the Emergency Room,
    you pay the first $200. Team Liberty pays the rest of the bill up
    to $5000.  Any hospital stays that are the result of an accident
    will bring you $150 per day for up to 31 days per calendar year. 
    This helps you keep on top of the mortgage and car payments. 
    These coverages are available to all family members.  There is no
    limit to the number of trips to the emergency room an individual
    can make per calendar year.  Finally, parents and dependent
    children are covered for $10,000 in the case of an accidental death
    or dismemberment.
